A Case Report of 1st Degree A-V Block Treated with Atropine Sulfate

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of 1st degree A-V Block treated with atropine sulfate was reported.
Baseline tracing prior to tests showed 0.36 second of P-R interval in this case.
Standing test, exercise test and i. v. injection of A/S were performed for the reduction of A-V conduction time of this patient and the results were compared.
A-V conduction times reduced to normal after A/S, nearly to normal after standing and no response after exercise test.
